What You’ll Need to Succeed You’ll be an ambitious and passionate finance leader with excellent communication skills and a respectful, hands-on approach. Charity sector experience is essential, as you’ll be mentoring, training, and developing the existing team. You’ll be a qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) with experience in team management, business partnering, and financial control. Most importantly, you’ll have a genuine desire to make a difference and contribute to a greater purpose in your career.
