Service Management Consultant – SC Cleared – £520–£540 per day – Corsham – Contract until March 2027
FryerMiles are delighted to be working with a Defence consultancy to recruit a Service Management Consultant for an MOD programme.
The successful candidate will support the design, implementation and continual improvement of ITIL-aligned service management processes across a complex cloud environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement and improve ITIL-aligned service management processes.
- Support Incident, Change, Problem, Service Request and Knowledge Management.
- Drive Continual Service Improvement (CSI) activities.
- Support the transition of new services into operational support.
- Produce service reports, trend analysis and operational metrics.
- Maintain service management processes, procedures and knowledge documentation.
- Work closely with technical teams, suppliers and customer stakeholders.
- Support service reviews, governance forums and operational issue resolution.
Essential Experience:
- Strong ITIL service management experience.
- Experience across Incident, Change, Problem and Service Request Management.
- Experience supporting cloud-based services.
- Experience working within complex, multi-supplier environments.
- Jira Service Management (JSM), Confluence and/or Remedy experience.
- Strong stakeholder and supplier management skills.
- Experience with service reporting and Continual Service Improvement.
- Current and active SC clearance.
- Sole UK national.
