Service Manager – SC Cleared – Corsham (Hybrid) - £440 per day Inside IR35

FryerMiles are delighted to be working with an award winning Consultancy to assist with their recruitment of a SC cleared Service Manager to join their team on a long term defence programme.

The successful candidate will be able to begin work between now and the first week in January 2026, hold transferable SC clearance and be happy on-site 2/3 days per week in Corsham.

Requirements:

• ITIL Foundation Level qualified
• Experience implementing ITIL based practices (Incident, Problem etc)
• Demonstrable experience working within an ITSM environment using the ITIL framework
• Knowledge of ITSM governance, e.g. Change Advisory Boards (CABs)
• Demonstrable experience with ITSM tooling
• Experience delivering Continual Service Improvement
• Understanding of customer management / service experience
• Excellent stakeholder management
• The suitable candidate must hold valid SC or DV Security Clearance
