Group Management Accountant | London (hybrid) | Up to £50k + bonus

FryerMiles is partnering with a leading London hospitality group on a search for an experienced group management accountant.

Our client is one of London's leading hospitality groups including flexible workspace offerings. They're commercially driven, multi-entity, and at a stage where finance has a real seat at the table.

We're helping them find a Group Management Accountant to own month-end across the group and partner with operational leaders on the numbers that actually move the business.

The role at a glance

Reporting to the Financial Controller, you'll own the monthly management accounts process across a multi-entity structure. Expect a hands-on remit covering:

  • Month-end across multiple legal entities — accruals, prepayments, journals, balance sheet recs
  • Intercompany transactions, recharges and eliminations
  • Revenue and variance analysis across occupancy, desk rate, licence income and ancillary streams
  • Budget vs actual reporting and commentary for cost centre managers
  • VAT returns, audit support, and continuous improvement of month-end and reporting
  • Getting the most out of Xero and its connected tools

What you'll bring

  • ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified or newly qualified
  • Proven experience preparing management accounts end-to-end in a multi-entity business
  • Strong on intercompany accounting, eliminations and recharges
  • Hands-on Xero experience (chart of accounts, bank rec, reporting)
  • Confident communicator who can translate finance for non-finance audiences
  • Bonus: experience in flexible workspace, hospitality or property, or familiarity with Nexudus, Fathom or Spotlight

Why it's worth a conversation

Direct line into the Financial Controller, visibility with senior leadership from day one, and genuine scope to shape process rather than inherit one. Fast-moving, commercially minded, and a team that backs curiosity.

Hybrid working, bonus eligibility, and a competitive package.
