Credit Control & Accounts Receivable Specialist (German Speaker)

Salary: £34,000

Overview

An established organisation is seeking a German-speaking Credit Control & AR Specialist to support invoicing, collections, and accounts receivable activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Raise and issue customer invoices and statements
• Chase overdue balances and manage credit control activities
• Resolve invoice and payment queries
• Process credit notes with approval
• Set up new customer accounts and maintain records
• Allocate and reconcile customer payments
• Support AR reporting and month-end processes

Requirements

• Fluent in English and German
• 3+ years' experience in Credit Control or Accounts Receivable
• Strong Excel and systems skills
• Excellent communication and attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
