Credit Control Lead- 3-6 Month Contract - £25ph - £30ph via Umbrella - Old street, London - Hybrid (3 days in the office)

FryerMiles are currently partnering with a market leading PE organisation in Old Street, London to recruit a Credit Control Lead on a 3-6 month temporary contract with the potential to extend past this.

This role will support the Finance Director with the management of accounts receivable for the entire business, working on collections improvements and the billing side.

You'll be collaborating with the Finance team and the wider business in resolving issues in a timely manner, as well as liaising with external customers.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Cash collections - ensure timely payments while maintaining a high level of customer service
• Reconcile complex accounts and resolve customer queries
• Take ownership of the accounts receivable ledger, posting cash & upholding customer accounts
• Minimising bad debts and write offs and notifying the finance manager promptly of accounts at risk
• Raise invoices and issue credit notes
• Providing monthly analysis and KPI's for senior management
• Collaborate with the corporate finance manager to forecast cash collections on a weekly/monthly basis
• Perform regular credit checks, ensuring credit policies & procedures are correctly followed.
• Work closely with the AP team to manage contras & assist team with collection of debit balances
• The Credit Controller will have a can-do attitude and ambition to grow and develop in a dynamic environment.

The successful candidate should have a proven AR and CC background along with strong process improvement experience. You'll be comfortable working to tight deadlines and be motivated to learn and develop in this fast-paced friendly environment.
