Project Manager - £40,000 to £45,000 per year – Letchworth, Hertfordshire (Hybrid)

FryerMiles are delighted to be working with an International Technology business to assist with their recruitment of a project Manager to join their team in Letchworth.

The successful candidate will lead projects from initiation to completion, ensuring systems align with client needs across the UK and internationally. You'll own client relationships, manage resources efficiently, and coordinate with technicians on configurations, onsite requirements, troubleshooting, and systems including Android, Network, Java, SQL, and SCCM. Key Responsibilities:

• Take full ownership of client projects from initiation to completion, working with sales and clients to define timelines and deliver outstanding service.
• Manage project plans, delegate tasks to Project Technicians, and maintain accurate records using Click Up.
• Build strong client relationships through regular video calls and emails, offering expert guidance and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
• Configure event environments and portals using AllowMe, and oversee on-site hardware setup and maintenance.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and senior staff to improve processes, mentor team members, and support new staff onboarding.
• Foster a positive team culture and contribute to continuous improvement in project delivery and client experience.

Requirements:

• Minimum of one year’s experience as a Project Technician / Project Manager or in a similar role.
• Experience of using Web responsive HTML & CSS to configure environments for clients.
• Experience of working on-site at live events.
• Expertise of Microsoft Office applications and Click Up.
• A working knowledge of JavaScript, jQuery, React, Bootstrap, MySQL is desirable.
• Have the flexibility to be able to work at different client locations in line with project responsibility
• Must be willing to travel to events globally up to 20% of the year
