We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Consultant to join our team in the senior living/property sector, based in Johannesburg. Our business specialises in both Life Rights sales and rentals, providing clients with tailored lifestyle solutions within retirement and senior living estates across South Africa.

While the role is Johannesburg-based, the company has a national footprint, and the successful candidate will be responsible for sales and driving and managing lead generation across the country.

This role is ideal for a mature professional who understands both the emotional and financial aspects of property sales within this unique sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales within the senior living/retirement property sector (Life Rights and rentals)
• Guide clients through the full sales journey, from enquiry to sale conclusion
• Develop and manage lead generation initiatives nationally, leveraging various digital platforms
• Manage and generate leads through online advertising and social media platforms
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Own the client sales journey from lead acceptance to sale conclusion

Minimum Requirements

• Proven sales experience in the senior living sector
• Experience working with or understanding legal contracts and agreements
• Role suited to a mature, experienced professional
• Demonstrated experience in online marketing, digital advertising, and social media
• Must have own transport and a valid driver’s licence
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• High emotional intelligence (EQ) and patience are essential for this role
• A tertiary qualification – legal or commerce preferred
