We're looking for a Senior Asset Manager to take ownership of a national portfolio of solar PV assets, ensuring optimal performance, operational excellence, and exceptional client service.

This role is ideal for a technically strong solar professional who thrives in a data-driven environment, enjoys solving complex challenges, and is passionate about maximising the performance and value of renewable energy assets.

What You'll Do

• Monitor and optimise the performance of a national portfolio of solar PV sites
• Identify, troubleshoot, and coordinate the resolution of technical faults and performance issues
• Manage preventative maintenance programmes and ensure compliance with contractual obligations and service level agreements
• Produce performance reports and provide clients with meaningful insights and recommendations
• Build strong client relationships through proactive communication and technical expertise
• Support and mentor junior Asset Managers while driving continuous improvement across the asset management function

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related technical field
• 5+ years' experience in solar asset management or solar O&M, preferably within a commercial or industrial environment
• Strong technical knowledge of solar PV systems, monitoring platforms, and performance analysis
• Experience managing SLAs, performance guarantees, and fault resolution processes
• Strong reporting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of South African electrical standards and solar industry best practices
