Senior Administration Specialist

Lead operational analytics, drive strategic process improvements, and ensure operational excellence through advanced system expertise and accuracy leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead operational performance analysis and strategic accuracy improvement initiatives
  • Provide expert analytical support for complex operational challenges requiring system mastery
  • Drive automation, efficiency, and accuracy projects across all operational processes
  • Lead regulatory reporting excellence and ensure comprehensive compliance accuracy
  • Handle the most complex operational issues requiring expert system knowledge and analytical solutions
  • Support strategic planning through operational data insights and accuracy trend analysis
  • Lead cross-functional projects to optimize end-to-end process accuracy and efficiency
  • Mentor and develop analytical and system expertise capabilities across the team

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, in finance, business, administration or related field
  • RE5 advantageous
  • 4+ years’ senior experience in operational analysis, system expertise, or process improvement within the financial services industry
  • Expert knowledge of operational systems, analytical tools, and accuracy optimisation
  • Proven track record of leading successful process improvement and accuracy enhancement initiatives
  • Advanced analytical, strategic thinking, and system expertise capabilities
  • Strong project management and leadership skills
