We are working with a fantastic client in Andover who are looking for a Member Support Manger to join their team to cover the Central regions, Oxfordhsire to Sheffield.  This is a maternity contract to start ASAP and will be for 10-12 months.  With this role comes a competetive salary package plus a car allowance and much more!  This is a field based role with some travel to their main offices in Andover.

You will be pivotal in effectively onboarding, and ongoing engagement, of our membership so that we maximise the commercial benefit to members of the products, services and support that we offer. You will be the positive face for our client, acting as our memberships first point of contact. In this role you will need to travel regularly across your region – central (roughly from Oxford (east to west) up to Sheffield) - to
group meetings and member premises. You may have worked in a similar role where the membership is key.

Expereince and skills required:

 Demonstratable experience in a similar role where you have worked remotely
 A role where you are required to travel across the UK, so a clean driving licence is essential
 Personality and enthusiasm to engage a diverse range of business owners (diversity in
cultural, regional, size and capability levels)
 Strong relationship management and skills with excellent communication skills
 Ability to market and sell their service with authenticity
 Knowledge of various tools/techniques to engage B2B audiences
 Self-directed and motivate to meet goals and objectives
