We are currently recruiting talented Primary Teachers to work across EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2 in welcoming and supportive schools across Borehamwood. About the Role
As a Primary Class Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging, creative, and inclusive lessons that encourage pupils to thrive both academically and personally.
Your role will include:
Delivering Inspiring Lessons
Plan and teach high-quality lessons that capture pupils’ interest and promote a genuine love for learning across EYFS, KS1, or KS2.
Creating a Positive Classroom Environment
Build a safe, supportive, and stimulating learning space where every child feels valued, motivated, and confident to succeed.
Supporting Pupil Development
Encourage curiosity, independence, and critical thinking through innovative teaching approaches tailored to individual learning needs.
Building Strong School Relationships
Work closely with pupils, parents, colleagues, and leadership teams to maintain strong communication and contribute positively to the wider school community.
Contributing to School Life
Take part in staff meetings, school events, and collaborative planning to help strengthen teaching standards and school culture.
