Secondary Teacher – Flexible Supply Opportunities

Location: Crawley & Surrounding Areas

Contract: Full-Time / Part-Time – Flexible Days

Salary: Paid to scale (M1–UPS3) or £130–£150 per day

Hours: School hours (typically 08:30–15:30)

We’re seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Secondary Teachers to join our supply team in Crawley and the surrounding areas. Every day brings new students, new challenges, and fresh opportunities to share your subject expertise.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Delivering engaging lessons across KS3 and KS4 (and KS5 where applicable)

• Creating a positive, inclusive, and well‑managed learning environment

• Adapting quickly to different schools, subjects, and timetables

• Supporting pupil progress and promoting positive behaviour

• Working collaboratively with school staff and following school policies

What We’re Looking For

• UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

• Experience teaching in secondary settings

• Strong subject knowledge and confident classroom management

• Adaptable, reliable, and enthusiastic approach

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)

• Ability to plan, deliver, and assess lessons independently when required
