Job Description:

• Provide one-on-one support to students with special educational needs.
• Assist the class teacher in implementing individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Foster a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
• Collaborate with the SENCO (Special Educational Needs Coordinator) to address the unique needs of each student.

Individual Profile:

• Strong empathy and understanding of diverse learning needs
• Must have good classroom and behaviour management
• Passionate, enthusiastic and proactive individual
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Patience and resilience inworking with students facing various challenges
