Location: Crawley & Surrounding Areas

Contract: Full-Time / Part-Time – Flexible Start Dates

Salary: Paid to scale (M1–UPS3) or £130–£150 per day

Hours: School hours (typically 08:30–15:30)

We’re seeking dedicated Secondary Teachers to join our supply team across Crawley and the surrounding areas. Whether you prefer full‑time roles or flexible day‑to‑day placements, we’ll match you with schools where your subject expertise truly makes a difference.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Delivering engaging lessons across KS3 and KS4 (and KS5 where applicable)

• Creating positive, inclusive, and well‑managed learning environments

• Adapting quickly to different schools, subjects, and timetables

• Supporting pupil progress and promoting positive behaviour

• Working collaboratively with school staff and following school policies

What We’re Looking For

• UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

• Experience teaching in secondary settings

• Strong subject knowledge and confident classroom management

• Adaptable, reliable, and enthusiastic approach

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)

• Ability to plan, deliver, and assess lessons independently
