Primary Teachers – Flexible Supply Roles

Location: Crawley & Surrounding Areas

Contract: Full-Time / Part-Time – Flexible Start Dates

Salary: Paid to scale (M1–UPS3) or £130–£150 per day

Hours: School hours (typically 08:30–15:30)

We’re looking for enthusiastic, dedicated Primary Teachers to join our supply team across Crawley and the surrounding areas. Whether you’re seeking full‑time work or prefer flexible day‑to‑day placements, we’ll match you with schools where your teaching truly makes a difference.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Delivering engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2

• Creating a positive, inclusive, and well‑structured learning environment

• Adapting quickly to different schools, year groups, and routines

• Supporting pupil progress and promoting positive behaviour

• Working collaboratively with school staff and following school policies

What We’re Looking For

• UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

• Experience teaching in primary settings

• Strong classroom management and curriculum knowledge

• A nurturing, adaptable, and enthusiastic approach

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
