Supply Desk is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated SEND Learning Support Assistant to join inclusive and supportive schools in Radlett. This is a rewarding opportunity to provide meaningful support to pupils with additional needs and contribute to their personal and educational development.

The Role:
You will provide structured 1:1 support and small group assistance, adapting learning materials and resources to meet individual needs. You will work closely with teachers and SEN staff to ensure pupils remain engaged, confident, and supported in all areas of their learning.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Experience supporting children or young people in education or care

• Understanding of autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and other additional needs

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Calm, nurturing, and patient approach

• Commitment to inclusive education

• Professional and reliable attitude
