Key responsibilities:

• Assistance to meet the needs of different types of pupils
• The ability to communicate clearly with teachers, staff and parents
• Help to shape the personal growth of students, supporting them in development
• Developing exciting and enticing lessons to help pupils enjoy their time learning daily
• Delivering strong literacy and language support to help pupils progress confidently
• Encouraging thoughtful discussion and clear communication in the classroom
• Assessing pupil progress and providing constructive feedback to support improvement

The ideal candidate:

• Has experience, and enjoys working with children in a school environment, as well as face to face
• Can bond, and become a positive link between parties, ensuring clear communication
• Is comfortable working closely with a dedicated team, and contributing to school needs
• Has the ability to adapt teaching to the needs of different students
