Salary: £29,344-£44,919

We’re looking for a KS1 Teacher who can spark excitement for learning, build confidence, and support children to reach their full potential in these all‑important early years.

Key responsibilities:

• Assistance to meet the needs of different types of pupils in early learning
• The ability to communicate clearly with teachers, staff and parents
• Help to shape the personal growth of young learners, supporting them in their development
• Developing exciting and enticing lessons to help pupils enjoy their time learning daily
• Creating a warm, nurturing classroom environment that supports early learning
• Delivering engaging phonics and early literacy activities to build strong foundations
• Encouraging positive behaviour, curiosity and confidence through supportive guidance

The ideal candidate:

• Has experience, and enjoys working with children in a school environment, as well as face to face
• Can bond, and become a positive link between parties, ensuring clear communication
• Is comfortable working closely with a dedicated team, and contributing to school needs
• Has the ability to adapt teaching to the needs of different students
