Supply Desk is recruiting a SEND Behaviour Support Assistant to work across schools in Borehamwood. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about supporting pupils with behavioural and learning needs.

The Role:
You will support pupils with behavioural and learning challenges, helping them regulate emotions, stay engaged, and access education successfully. You will implement positive behaviour strategies and work closely with teaching staff to create a nurturing learning environment.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in behavioural or educational support
• Understanding of SEND and SEMH needs
• Strong communication and resilience
• Calm, proactive, and patient approach
• Team player with a positive mindset
