About You

You’ll enjoy working closely with children and supporting them in both academic and pastoral aspects of school life. Whether you're new to education or already have some experience working with young people, we have roles that can help you build confidence, develop practical skills and make a meaningful impact on pupils’ learning.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
• Providing 1:1 or small‑group support to help pupils with their learning
• Encouraging positive behaviour and contributing to a calm, organised classroom environment
• Helping pupils stay motivated, focused and confident
• Assisting with general classroom tasks to ensure smooth running of daily activities

What We’re Looking For

• A genuine interest in education and supporting young learners
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive, proactive attitude with patience and adaptability
• Experience working with children is beneficial, but not essential
• Reliability, motivation and willingness to learn
