1:1 SEND Support Roles – Schools & Early Years (Slough)

We are currently recruiting motivated and compassionate individuals to join our team as 1:1 SEND Support Staff across Primary, Secondary and Specialist Schools in Slough. These roles involve supporting children with a range of additional needs, helping them access learning and thrive in their school environment. If you’re driven to make a meaningful impact, we’d love to hear from you.

About You

You’ll enjoy working closely with children who benefit from personalised support. Whether you’ve previously supported pupils with autism, ADHD, dyslexia, communication challenges, or learning difficulties — or you're looking to begin a career in SEND — we have opportunities suited to a wide range of experience levels. Our team will match you with a setting where your strengths can truly shine.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience supporting children or young people (school experience welcome but not essential)
  • Awareness of SEND needs and strategies to support varied learning profiles
  • Strong communication skills, patience and the ability to build positive relationships
  • A calm, adaptable outlook with confidence supporting behavioural or learning needs
  • Willingness to work across different Slough school environments and SEND settings
