EYFS/Year 1 Primary Teacher – Princes Risborough

Full-Time | Long-Term Position
Start Date: After Easter Start

Are you a passionate and nurturing primary teacher ready to inspire young learners at the start of their educational journey? A welcoming and inclusive primary school in  Princes Risborough is seeking a dedicated EYFS/Year 1 Teacher to join their team immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality teaching across EYFS and Year 1, following the national curriculum
  • Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment that promotes curiosity and independence
  • Plan and implement engaging lessons that support early literacy, numeracy, and social development
  • Monitor and assess pupil progress, adapting teaching strategies to meet individual needs
  • Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, parents, and the wider school community
  • Contribute to school events, enrichment activities, and professional development initiatives

The Ideal Candidate Will:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Have experience teaching in EYFS and/or KS1 settings
  • Be passionate about early years education and child development
  • Demonstrate strong classroom management and communication skills
  • Be committed to safeguarding and inclusive education
  • Bring creativity, enthusiasm, and a team-focused mindset to the role
