The Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Teacher to deliver high-quality learning across KS3 and KS4. This full-time role is available for an immediate start through to the end of June, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate. You will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons that support academic progress, confidence, and positive behaviour for learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons
• Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils
• Assess, monitor, and report on student progress
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and support staff
• Uphold school policies and effective behaviour management strategies
• Contribute to departmental planning and school initiatives

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching in a secondary school setting
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• A positive, adaptable, and proactive approach
• Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
