Reliable SEN Teaching Assistant – Watford

Location: Watford, Hertfordshire

Contract Type: Supply – Temporary to Permanent
Salary: £85 – £110 per day (DOE)

Supply Desk is looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support children with additional learning needs in Watford schools. If you’re passionate about helping pupils access learning, build confidence, and reach their potential, this could be the role for you!

The Role:

• Support pupils with SEN in class, delivering one-to-one and small group interventions

• Assist with personalised learning plans and classroom activities

• Work closely with teachers to ensure all pupils’ needs are met

The Ideal Candidate:

• Experience working with SEN pupils preferred

• Patient, compassionate, and adaptable

• Strong communication skills with both pupils and staff

• Able to follow teacher guidance and school plans
