The Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to deliver pre-prepared lessons across a range of subjects at KS3 and KS4. This full-time role begins ASAP and may become a long-term or permanent position for the right candidate. You will supervise classes during teacher absences, ensuring students remain on task and engaged in their learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise students and deliver pre-set lesson materials
• Support student behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment
• Manage classroom expectations in line with school policies
• Provide feedback to teaching staff on lesson progress
• Work collaboratively with the school team to support daily operations

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Confidence in managing classroom behaviour
• A positive, proactive, and adaptable mindset
• A passion for supporting young people in their education
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
• Teaching or classroom experience is desirable but not essential
