  • Use structured routines, visual aids, and therapeutic techniques to create stability and engagement.
  • Collaborate with care staff, education professionals, and external agencies to implement tailored care and behaviour plans.
  • Foster a safe, calm, and supportive environment that nurtures trust and personal development.

Ideal Candidate

  • Experience in care, education, or youth support settings with individuals who have SEMH or behavioural needs.
  • A caring, adaptable, and inclusive mindset with a genuine passion for helping others.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to manage challenging situations calmly and effectively.
  • Familiarity with trauma-informed care, restorative practices, and emotional coaching techniques.
