A supportive and inclusive primary school in Hazlemere is seeking a dedicated and experienced SEN Teacher to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a nurturing environment where pupils with special educational needs are encouraged to thrive both academically and personally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver differentiated lessons tailored to the needs of pupils with a range of SEN, including learning difficulties, autism, and speech and language needs
• Work closely with Teaching Assistants, SENCO, and external professionals to implement and review individual education plans (IEPs)
• Monitor pupil progress and adapt teaching strategies to support engagement and achievement
• Create a positive, structured, and inclusive classroom environment
• Communicate effectively with parents and carers to support pupil development

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in SEN teaching
• Strong understanding of inclusive education and differentiated instruction
• Confident in managing a range of needs and behaviours in the classroom
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and organisation skills
• Committed to ongoing professional development and safeguarding practices
