We place our teaching staff in day-to-day and long-term placements in an extensive number of Primary and Secondary schools across Brighton & Hove, East Sussex and West Sussex. We are currently looking to recruit a Primary Teacher for schools in Eastbourne and will happily accept applications from ECTs/NQTs.

About the Role:

Are you a passionate and adaptable Primary Teacher? We’re looking for a dedicated Supply Primary Teacher to join our team and support schools throughout Eastbourne. This flexible role offers the chance to work across a variety of school environments, helping to shape the development of young learners.

Whether you are an experienced teacher or an Early Career Teacher (ECT), this is a fantastic opportunity to gain diverse classroom experience. With day-to-day, short-term, and long-term placements available, there is also the potential for full-time roles in the future.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging lessons across various primary year groups (EYFS, KS1, KS2).
• Adapt quickly to different classroom settings, following the school's curriculum.
• Communicate effectively with school staff, students, and parents when required.
• Maintain a positive, well-managed classroom environment, ensuring the safety and well-being of students.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Experience teaching in primary schools (EYFS, KS1, or KS2).
• Flexibility, a proactive attitude, and a passion for education.
• A valid DBS check (or willingness to apply for one).
