SEN Learning Support Assistant – Watford

Contract: Temporary to Permanent
Day Rate: £90 – £110

Supply Desk are working with a welcoming school in Watford to recruit a dedicated SEN Learning Support Assistant. This role offers the chance to make a real difference in the lives of children who need extra support while being part of a friendly and supportive school team.

You will work closely with the class teacher and SENCO, providing 1:1 and small group support to help children achieve their full potential. Supply Desk consultants are on hand to support you with placements and ongoing development.

The Role:

• Support pupils with EHCPs in 1:1 or small group settings
• Assist with learning, communication, and social development
• Encourage independence, confidence, and engagement
• Collaborate with staff to deliver tailored support

• Strong communication skills
