CACHE Level 3 Nursery Practitioner – Southampton £14–£16 per hour | Flexible cover work

Do you love helping little ones learn, grow and discover the world? We’re looking for a CACHE Level 3 qualified Nursery Nurse or Teaching Assistant to join a beautiful, new nursery in Southampton.

This is a setting where children are encouraged to explore, be curious and feel safe — and where staff are valued just as much as the families they support.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Caring for children aged 3 months to 4 years in a warm, nurturing environment

• Supporting early communication, play and emotional development

• Working closely with families to understand each child’s needs

• Helping create joyful, stimulating learning experiences

• Recording children’s progress and celebrating their milestones

What We Need From You

• CACHE Level 3 in Early Years (or equivalent)

• Experience working with young children

• A kind, patient and enthusiastic approach

• Strong teamwork and communication

• A solid understanding of safeguarding
