We are currently seeking a passionate and adaptable Supply Maths Teacher (Secondary) to support schools in the Eastbourne area. Applications are warmly welcomed from both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs).

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging and well-structured Maths lessons across KS3 and KS4
  • Adapt quickly to different classroom environments and follow each school’s curriculum
  • Teach a wide range of topics across the Maths curriculum
  • Maintain strong classroom management and promote a positive learning environment
  • Monitor and assess pupil progress in line with school policies
  • Communicate effectively with staff, pupils, and parents where required

Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience teaching Maths within a secondary school setting
  • Strong subject knowledge across the Maths curriculum
  • Flexibility, reliability, and a proactive approach
  • A valid DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
