Job Title: Science Teacher

Location: Milton Keynes

Full Time: Temporary to Permanent

Salary: £29,344-£44,919

Department Vision

The Science department aims to build strong foundational knowledge at KS3, preparing students for success at GCSE.

Role Expectations

  • Deliver structured KS3 Science lessons
  • Teach core principles across Biology, Chemistry, and Physics
  • Reinforce scientific vocabulary and practical skills
  • Maintain safety during experiments
  • Promote curiosity and enquiry

The ideal candidate:

  • QTS (desirable) – unqualified teachers feel free to apply
  • Has experience working with children in a school environment and genuinely enjoys supporting them in practical, face‑to‑face learning.
  • Broad scientific knowledge
  • Classroom and behaviour management
  • Ability to explain abstract concepts
