Pay: £14 – £16 per hour (DOE)

Are you a Level 3 EYFS qualified practitioner who is committed to making a difference in children’s early development?

We are seeking a Level 3 Nursery Nurse to join a welcoming early years setting in the Bognor Regis area. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity working with babies and pre-school children, with the potential to secure a permanent role.

You will play a key role in supporting young children’s development, creating a safe and nurturing environment where they can learn, grow and thrive.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting babies and pre-school children in their daily activities
• Working with small groups to support learning and development
• Promoting a safe, caring and inclusive environment
• Supporting children’s welfare and wellbeing
• Assisting with EYFS-based learning activities
• Building positive relationships with children and staff
• Encouraging engagement, creativity and development

What We’re Looking For:

• CACHE Level 3 qualification in Early Years
• Experience working with young children
• Knowledge of safeguarding expectations
• Understanding of EYFS framework and development stages
• Passion for supporting children’s learning and development
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A caring, proactive and enthusiastic approach
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
