Positions Available in Primary, Secondary, and Special Needs Schools – Watford

Requirements:

  • Experience in a support role within an educational setting (desirable but not essential)

  • Knowledge of SEN and effective strategies to support students with autism, ADHD, dyslexia, learning disabilities, SEMH, and other additional needs

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and behaviour management skills

  • Patience, empathy, and the ability to build positive and meaningful relationships

  • Flexibility and adaptability to work across different school settings in Watford
