PRIMARY TEACHING ASSISTANT

Start: September 2026
Full Time: Temporary to Permanent
Pay: £90–£120 per day

• A quieter classroom during transitions

What You Actually Do All Day

You won’t be delivering lessons — but you will make them work.

You will:

• Support the teacher during whole‑class learning
• Help pupils who get stuck or distracted
• Reinforce instructions and expectations
• Work with small groups when needed
• Keep routines consistent across the day

This Role Works Best If

• You notice things others miss
• You don’t mind repeating instructions calmly
• You are consistent, not reactive

This is not a “stand at the back” role.
You are part of how the classroom functions.
