Are you a qualified Level 3 Teaching Assistant looking to take the next step in your education career and make a meaningful impact in the classroom?

Supply Desk is working in partnership with a welcoming and inclusive school in Slough, seeking a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join their team from May 2026. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced TA who enjoys taking a proactive role in supporting teaching and learning.

About the Role

As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development, working closely with teachers and the wider school team.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering targeted support to individuals and small groups of pupils
  • Supporting pupils with SEN and additional learning needs
  • Assisting with the planning and delivery of lessons under teacher guidance
  • Promoting confidence, independence, and positive behaviour
  • Supporting assessment, progress tracking, and pupil outcomes
  • Helping to maintain a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment

Who We’re Looking For

This role is ideal for someone who:

  • Holds a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
  • Has previous experience working in a school or educational setting
  • Demonstrates a calm, patient, and nurturing approach
  • Is confident supporting pupils with SEN, ASD, ADHD, or additional needs
  • Works well as part of a collaborative team
  • Is committed to safeguarding and promoting pupil welfare
