Primary Teacher SEN and SEMH Focus (Full Time) at a specialist provision in PortsmouthLocation: Portsmouth About the RoleWe are seeking a compassionate and resilient Primary Teacher to join a specialist provision supporting pupils with SEN and SEMH needs. This is a highly rewarding opportunity to work with students who require a nurturing and structured approach to learning. The successful candidate will create a safe and supportive classroom environment, helping pupils to build confidence, re engage with education, and achieve meaningful progress both academically and emotionally. This role requires a teacher who can adapt learning to meet individual needs and who understands the importance of building strong, trusting relationships with pupils. About the SchoolThe provision is part of a specialist setting supporting primary aged pupils with complex SEMH needs, including those with EHCPs and those unable to access mainstream education.
