The school prides itself on providing a supportive, nurturing environment where students are encouraged to grow in confidence, resilience, and independence. Staff work collaboratively to meet individual student needs, and the Learning Support Team plays a vital role in ensuring every young person can access learning successfully.

About the Role

Ideal Candidate

  • Experience supporting students with additional needs (school-based experience desirable)
  • Understanding of SEND support strategies or willingness to learn
  • Patient, empathetic, and adaptable in approach
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Able to build positive working relationships with students and staff
  • A background as a Teaching Assistant, LSA, or similar role is beneficial

Benefits

  • Competitive pay: £14–£16 per hour
  • Supportive and collaborative school environment
  • Work closely with an experienced Learning Support Team
  • Opportunity to make a significant difference to a young person’s education
  • Ongoing professional support from our team
