Behaviour Support Assistants – Primary & SecondaryLocation: East Grinstead & Surrounding Areas Contract: Full-Time / Part-Time – Flexible Start Dates Daily Rate: £89.05 – £110 Hours: School hours (typically 08:30–15:30)
Support Pupils Who Need You MostThis role is ideal for someone who is calm, patient and motivated to help children overcome behavioural, emotional and social barriers to learning. As a Behaviour Support Assistant, you’ll work closely with pupils who need additional guidance, helping them feel safe, regulated and ready to learn in classrooms across East Grinstead. Whether you’re looking for full‑time work or flexible day‑to‑day placements, you’ll be placed in schools where your support can make a genuine difference.
