Your Role in St Albans Schools

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Support teachers in delivering engaging and structured lessons

  • Provide one-to-one and small group assistance

  • Help manage classroom behaviour and encourage positive learning habits

  • Support students’ academic progress and confidence

  • Assist with lesson preparation and classroom organisation

You’ll play an important role in creating a supportive, inclusive, and motivating learning environment for students in St Albans.
