Supply Desk, in partnership with local schools in St Albans, is looking to recruit passionate and committed 1:1 SEND Teaching Assistants. Requirements

  • Previous experience in a school support role (desirable but not essential)

  • Patience, empathy, and the ability to build positive relationships with students and staff

  • Flexibility to adapt to different school settings and SEND environments across St Albans
