Your Role as a Cover Supervisor

As a Cover Supervisor in Radlett secondary schools, you will:

• Supervise lessons in the absence of the regular classroom teacher

• Deliver pre-prepared lesson materials and ensure students stay engaged

• Support individual pupils or small groups where required
