Primary Supply Teachers

Location: Crawley & Surrounding Areas Contract: Full-Time / Part-Time – Flexible Days Salary: Paid to scale (M1–UPS3) or £130–£150 per day Hours: School hours (typically 08:30–15:30)

We’re looking for qualified primary teachers to join our supply team in Crawley and the surrounding areas. Each placement offers a fresh classroom, new pupils and the chance to keep your teaching practice varied, engaging and rewarding.

 

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Delivering engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1 and KS2

  • Creating positive, inclusive and well‑managed learning environments

  • Adapting quickly to different schools, year groups and routines

  • Supporting pupil progress, behaviour and engagement

  • Working collaboratively with school staff and following school policies

 

What We’re Looking For

  • UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

  • Experience teaching in primary settings

  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills

  • Adaptable, reliable and enthusiastic approach

  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)

  • Ability to plan, deliver and assess lessons where required
