This is a fantastic full-time opportunity to teach across a supportive department, inspiring students and helping them achieve their full potential in both Religious Education and Geography.

About the Role

As a Religious Education and Geography Teacher, you will:

• Deliver engaging and challenging lessons across KS3 and KS4 in Religious Education and Geography.
• Plan and deliver lessons in line with departmental schemes of work and curriculum objectives.
• Monitor, assess, and support student progress, providing clear and constructive feedback.
• Mark and assess student work accurately and in a timely manner.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards of teaching and learning.
• Contribute to the wider life of the school and departmental initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential.
• Experience teaching Religious Education and/or Geography within a secondary school setting.
• Strong subject knowledge and a passion for inspiring young people.
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• A collaborative, adaptable, and proactive approach to teaching.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
