Salary: £29,344-£44,919

What would your day look like?

Your day starts by helping young children settle into a calm, playful routine. You support them through one‑to‑one or small‑group activities, adapting tasks to their developmental needs and using sensory and play‑based strategies. Working closely with the teacher, you help build early communication, confidence, and emotional regulation. Every day is different, but always centred on nurturing children’s growth.

Can you?

• Plan and deliver EYFS curriculum content
• Support early literacy, numeracy, and communication
• Create structured routines that promote independence
• Observe, assess, and track development
• Support social and emotional learning
• Build strong relationships with parents and carers
• Work collaboratively with EYFS staff

What you’ll bring:

• Has experience supporting young children and genuinely enjoys helping them learn and grow.
• Builds warm, trusting relationships where children feel safe, understood, and ready to engage in play and learning.
• Experience teaching in EYFS
• Strong understanding of early development
• Calm, consistent classroom management
• Ability to balance play with structure
• Willing to learn and develop, showing openness to training, feedback, and early years strategies.
