Supply Teachers – Primary & Secondary

Location: Haywards Heath & Surrounding Areas Contract: Full-Time / Part-Time – Flexible Days Salary: Paid to scale – M1 to UPS3 or £130–£150 per day Hours: School hours (typically 08:30–15:30)

We’re looking for qualified teachers to join our supply team across Haywards Heath and nearby areas. No two days are the same — new schools, new classes, and plenty of variety to keep your teaching fresh.

 

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Teaching engaging lessons across primary and secondary settings

  • Creating calm, positive and inclusive learning environments

  • Adapting quickly to different schools, subjects and age groups

  • Supporting pupil progress, behaviour and wellbeing

  • Working closely with school staff and following school policies

 

What We’re Looking For

  • UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

  • Experience in primary, secondary or both

  • Confident classroom management

  • Someone adaptable, reliable and enthusiastic

  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)

  • Ability to plan, deliver and assess lessons when needed
