As a supply teacher, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting classroom learning, maintaining continuity, and creating a positive and engaging environment for students. Our smart system keeps you updated weekly via text, helping us match you to roles that align with your availability and career goals.

Organised Classroom Management:
Efficiently manage classroom resources to maximise learning and engagement.

Clear Communication:
Maintain open communication with students, teachers, and school staff.

Adaptability:
Be flexible to meet the unique needs of different schools and classes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related field (essential)

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) preferred but not essential

• Experience working with primary-aged children

• Strong classroom management and interpersonal skills

• Flexibility and resilience in a fast-paced school setting

• Valid DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain)

• Ability to work on short notice and travel across Bushey
