Hours: Flexible / Temporary (08:00 – 15:30)

Pay: £140 – £170 per day

We are seeking reliable and adaptable Cover Supply Teachers to work across a range of primary and secondary schools in the Southampton area. This is a fantastic opportunity for teachers seeking flexible work, whether you are looking for day-to-day, short-term or long-term bookings.

You will play an important role in maintaining continuity of learning and ensuring pupils continue to receive high-quality education.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Delivering pre-planned lessons across different subjects and year groups
• Maintaining positive classroom behaviour and engagement
• Ensuring continuity and consistency in learning
• Marking work in line with school policies where required
• Adapting quickly to different school settings
• Supporting pupils’ learning and development
• Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching within schools
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Flexible, reliable and positive approach
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Ability to adapt confidently to new environments
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
