Cover Supervisor 

Location: Woking
Hours: Full-time (term-time)
Start: ASAP / September
Pay: £100 – £130 per day

Do you have the skills to maintain a positive learning environment and support students across a range of subjects?

We are seeking Cover Supervisors to work within secondary schools in the Woking area. This is an excellent opportunity for graduates, aspiring teachers or experienced support staff looking to build their experience within education.

You will play a key role in ensuring continuity of learning by supervising lessons and maintaining classroom standards during teacher absences.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supervising lessons using pre-prepared lesson materials
• Managing classroom behaviour and student engagement
• Supporting students with learning activities where required
• Maintaining a calm and focused classroom environment
• Covering a range of subjects and year groups
• Reporting back to teaching staff on student progress and behaviour
• Following safeguarding and school procedures at all times

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience working with young people (desirable)
• Confident classroom presence and communication skills
• Flexible, reliable and proactive attitude
• Ability to manage behaviour positively and effectively
• Good literacy and numeracy skills
• Passion for supporting students within education
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
